About me
Dr Katrin Hinzdorf, MSc, DPhil Psychology, certified individual and team coach as well as accredited master coach, and accredited coaching supervisor of the EMCC.
I have worked as a coach and supervisor nationally and internationally, in German or in English, in person, over the telephone, or in Online-Sessions. I work across different industries, including start ups, corporations, family businesses, financial services, health care and public sector institutions.
I engage in public speaking and have published a number of articles in prestigious scientific journals. I am a lecturer for psychology in various master’s programmes. I am also a mentor-coach in several start-up accelerators and a board member in start-ups. Please contact me to obtain references.

This qualification is designed for experienced organizational development coaches, to help them build their status as senior practitioners and supervisors of coaches and consultants. This program takes a broadly humanistic relational perspective. It develops theoretical knowledge of the psychological underpinnings of supervision as well as critical evaluation of supervision models and theories. The program is a natural follow-on from the Masters in Executive Coaching and the Masters in Organizational Change.
